With the move to summer, Seasons 52 in Sarasota is switching things up once again. Their new summer menu features the freshest ingredients and items that will immediately connect you to some of your favorite summer memories.

The first official day of summer was June 21, and the restaurant responded by rolling out their chef's newest creations. Ingredients that mark the summer menu at Seasons 52 include vine-ripe heirloom tomatoes, juicy watermelon, and sweet Michigan cherries.

Basil, cantaloupe, Copper River salmon, and okra also hit their peak in the summer and are weaved into dishes at Seasons 52. Come July, the menu will add limited seasonal favorites like Italian black truffles and Black Mission figs.

The seasonal offerings at Seasons 52 also extend to the restaurant's drink and dessert menu. On the sweet side, the Michigan Cherry Creme Brulee Mini Indulgence is a classic vanilla bean-infused custard served with a cherry compote.

Are you looking for a cool beverage that will make you forget about the Sarasota heat? The Bourbon Peach Smash with flavors of sun-drenched peaches and cool mint paired with Maker's Mark Bourbon is here to deliver.

One great thing that is always true about the menu at Seasons 52 is their commitment to providing items that are health-conscious. Every menu item has its calorie count listed, and full recipe information is available upon request.

In addition to great food, Seasons 52 is proud of their collection of over 100 international wines with many available by the glass. They also have artisanal spirits and a craft beer list that is guaranteed to please.
