Chef Frank Hartmann, of Berlin, Germany has over 40 years’ experience in kitchens all over Europe. His love for cooking started with his “Oma” (grandmother in German) who was also a chef. “I remember always being with her in the kitchen,” he said.  “She taught me that cooking is more than food, it is an art.” Frank worked his way up to become a Master Chef owning several restaurants in the heart of Berlin. After moving to Florida, Chef Frank and partner Erica Wojcieszak opened Restaurant Edelweiss in 2012. With his pallet and her creative edge, Edelweiss has become one of Bradenton’s best restaurants.
