Event Details
During this course participants will learn about encaustic history, materials, and safety. In this 4-day workshop, students will explore a variety of techniques such as incising, layering, pigment sticks, mark-making, mixed media collage and monotypes Designed for beginners and advanced skills alike, we will work together to focus on taking your encaustic creativities to a new level!
Gina White is an encaustic artist and educator teaching workshops and private lessons in encaustic in the Tampa Bay area.
Assisted by guest R&F Core artist Shelley Jean, is an educator who has taught in the public and private sector for 34 years. She currently teaches encaustic throughout Florida, the US, and internationally.
