Event Summary-Holiday Bazaar of 2022 at Arlington Park is the First of its Kind! A mix of local business and over 30 carefully-curated vendors who hand-make or hand-design the best things for holiday shopping. Limited to 1-3 Vendor Company's PER category. SO SECURE YOUR SPOT!
OPTIONAL GIVEAWAY--Tickets will be sold 2 for $1 (included in final vendor paperwork if you choose to donate)
VENDOR DISCOUNT-$5 OFF!

Share and tag the event to 3 groups you're in with over 1000 people and active!

(don't forget to do this too or else it wont qualify because I won't see it)
Tag @Haynesfinds to all 3 shares (and any other confirmed businesses at the time-updated daily so you will need to check the info for confirmed businesses or people). The sooner you're all signed up the more free advertising you get!
Event time 10am-1pm.
Vendor Time 9am-2pm. Includes set up and take down of ALL items.
Please E-mail Andrea@Haynesfinds.com for a Vendor Table Application. Upon approval, you will receive a vendor agreement which you will need to sign and pay fees for 2 weeks before event to secure your spot. So Deadline is November 6th, 6pm! (Upon Pre-approval- get pre-approved at any time but that does not secure your spot.
Single and double table spots available.
-Singles hold 1-2 tables
(most use one in the front, but you could fit 2 with a small aisle in the middle)
-Doubles can hold up to 4.
Single spots are $25- up to 2 tables (1 included)
Double spot- $40- up to 4 tables (1 included)
-Extra tables $3 each- added to vendor paperwork
-Table Cover (black or white) $2 for each table- also added to vendor paperwork
