ABOUT THE ARTIST & SHOW: Razz Taylor is a singer-songwriter and a performing, independent recording artist living, in Southwest Florida.
Event Details
Razz was raised along the shores of the ‘big water’ of Lake Okeechobee and began singing for friends and family when he was just 6 years old. At the age of 14, he wrote his first song, "Grace and Loving Care", which is included on his first CD release, "His Mercy." Razz wrote and composed 9 of the 10 songs on this CD and 9 of the 12 songs on his second disc, "River of Life." He is currently completing his next compilation of all original, country-western, "red dirt" music.
In 2012, Razz formed the Mystic River Band with Kenneth Dunkley on bass guitar and Larry (Bubba) Taylor on percussion. The group has been playing county and state fairs, clubs, honkytonks and private venues all over Florida for the past 5 years.
The band is currently has a new album coming out in January of 2018. The initial single from the album, titled “They Call Me Country” can be heard on YouTube.
