ABOUT THE ARTIST & SHOW:
After a time back in his native England, Alan Maskell returns to Common Grounds for an evening of musical entertainment and stories with his friend Ted Fordney on Double Bass. Alan and Teds last performance at Common Grounds was 12 months ago to a packed house and this promises to be a full and entertaining evening.
Alan released his 5th solo album “Harvey” earlier this year and will feature songs from this, along with some brand new material and a delve into his historic catalog, with the added bonus of an unexpected cover or two!
Alan’s music is difficult to categorize, moving from folk to rock to reggae, but always adding a personal touch and style.
And finally don’t be surprised to see the odd musical guest joining them on stage at points during the show.
