we have got our hands on two delicious cheeses developed by the Chimay Abbey in Belgium...
-- the same Chimay Abbey that makes some of the best Trappist Ales in the world!!
(yes, they have a farm at the brewery in Wallonia, Belgium -- and, the monks work the farm & the brewery!!)
we will be serving a very special cheese plate with both of these on it and accoutrements...
-- the Chimay Grand Classique cheese
-- the Chimay A La Biere cheese
and, we will have two different Chimay beers on draft to compliment the cheeses!!!
