Bruleed Chevre Salad - baby greens, smoked hen, blueberry jam, pecans

Vol a Vent - creamy mushroom filled pastry, shaved truffle, artichoke & brie cheese
Veal Sweetbreads - Turkish spiced couscous, pomegranate reduction
Tuna Tataki - seared ahi tuna, white soy, avocado oil, calamansi citrus

Filet Mignon - wild mushroom & brandy caper sauce, pureed celery root, mustard greens
Branzino - mediterranean seabass, baked with roasted tomato & lobster butter, julienne vegetables & fingerling potatoes
