What DisruptHR is
DisruptHR is the rebellious future of HR. It’s a global information exchange designed to energize, inform and empower people who work in HR. It’s an event series born to shake things up, make you think differently and leave you inspired.
How it works
You show up sometime between 3 and 4 o'clock, do some networking (if you're into networking) or socializing (if you're not) and unwind with a drink and some snacks. At about 4 p.m. the speakers take the stage to drop their HR knowledge and maybe some mics too. After they're done, you have time to connect with them and everyone else. You’re out the door by 6 o’clock unless you decide to make a night of it.
Ten speakers will each have five minutes to talk about whatever they want, as long as the topic relates to HR. They won’t be your basic HR seminar topics. They’ll be the HR topics you usually end up talking about at happy hour after the seminar. No sales pitches.
Who should attend
HR pros — obvi. But also CEOs, CFOs, COOs (really anyone with the letter C at the beginning of their title) and anyone who wants to disrupt HR at their company.
