Description
The Festival of Dance from the African Diaspora, presented by the Youth Artists Network in collaboration with Sarasota Contemporary Dance, is dedicated to the rich, cultural tradition of African movement and music.

Teaching Artists:
Mohamed Dacosta, Eric Bli Bi Gore, Queen Meccasia Zabriskie, Carolina Serpa, Kabrena Robinson, and YAN Program Director Mia Redding.
High school dance students can register for any class or package for 50% off, or can take two free classes when they volunteer at the festival!
Enjoy "Conversations" on the first night of the festival with soulful small bites, great wine and dope music.
On the last night of the festival, join us for a Carnival Celebration throughout the Newtown and Rosemary District neighborhoods.
