Come join the fun for FREE! Tami Dalto with the University of Florida IFAS Extension will teach couples effective and proven skills to increase positive communication, manage stress, set financial goals, deal with differences.

This exciting workshop, called ELEVATE, will be held once a week for 5 weeks at the UF/IFAS Extension Manatee County, 1303 17th St West, Palmetto, FL 34221. Classes will be held from 6:00-8:30 pm on MONDAYS July 16th, 23rd, 30th, August 6th, and 13th.
A FREE light DINNER will be served at each class and all attendees will receive a FREE USB drive. You may also be eligible for GIFT CARDS.
PRE-REGISTRATION is REQUIRED.
Funding for this project is provided by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Grant: #90FM0079. These services are available to all eligible persons, regardless of race, gender, age, disability or religion.

What if we can’t come to every session?
The benefits of ELEVATE are much greater if you can attend all sessions, but we understand that “life happens.” The first session is required for registration purposes.
What if I want to come as an individual (without a partner)?
If you don’t have a partner and still want to come, please contact Tami Dalto, SMART Program Instructor, at (941) 722-4524 ext. 1850 or tdalto@ufl.edu to make arrangements.
