Macro Photo Walk at Palma Sola Botanical Park

If photography is your passion or just a hobby, join other Bradenton photographers on a photo walk in the Palma Sola Botanical Park on March 24 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. With a macro lens, you have the opportunity to make small objects big enough for people to see the beauty in them. Bring a tripod, a macro lens, an interchangeable lens camera, and some water to make this walk successful and enjoyable. Cost is just $75 with 30% of the fee being donated to the park.

Shabby Chic Vintage Market and Artisan Days

On March 24, the Bradenton Area Convention Center will hold an all-day shopping event featuring unique, hand-crafted items from all areas of Florida. With more than 100 talented crafters, this event will provide you the opportunity to purchase well-made items. Buy objects to spruce up your own home or give them as gifts to others. The market will open at 10 a.m. and close at 4 p.m. Parking and admission is free.

Sarasota County Fair

This is the last weekend for the Sarasota County fair, and it’s definitely one you don’t want to miss. Tickets for children and adults over age 13 is just $9, and children ages 6 through 12 cost only $5. Children ages five and under get it at no charge. Visit the Sarasota County Fairgrounds & Robarts Arena for carnival rides, games and fair food that the whole family will enjoy.

My HomeTown Fest 2019

Looking for a way to celebrate your hometown? Join Sarasota locals at Nathan Benderson Park on March 23 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. for the hometown fest. Featuring local music, more than 40 craft beers, and the best local restaurants, this is a great event to bring the family out for or have a night out with your friends. Proceeds from this event will be donated to Sertoma Kids, Inc. which provides children in need with speech therapy.

Ladies' Night Out

After a hard week working and taking care of the family, you might need a little you time. Come out to Fiorelli Winery & Vineyard in Bradenton on March 22 at 6:00 p.m. to enjoy a kid-free, husband-free night out. For only $25, enjoy live music, the best wine, and nonstop desserts.
