Christmas in Sarasota isn’t just a time of lights, festive music, and Santa: it’s also about giving. You probably give presents to your family, friends, and maybe even your coworkers, but there are so many people in the world who don’t have much and are struggling. Fortunately, you can spread goodwill to all and help the less fortunate this season at these holiday charity events in Sarasota.

Christmas in Candyland

This holiday charity event will definitely immerse families in an interactive holiday experience. Walking down Candy Cane Lane to tell Santa what they want for Christmas is just one of the many things children will do. Decorating gingerbread houses, face-painting, and eating Christmas treats are perks of attending this event, but it’s so much more. Proceeds from this event go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation to help dreams come true for children who are fighting disease. Come out to Michael's On East on December 1 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to enjoy this Sarasota event with the whole family and support this wonderful organization.
