Restaurant Atmosphere Food Service Cleanliness Bang for your Buck The Crowd Parking & Accessibility
Sawatdee is my favorite Thai restaurant near USF. They have daily lunch specials that are a sweet deal. You can have an appetizer, soup, entree, and dessert for $6.95. The entrees are diverse, but I usually almost always shoot for their Chicken Pad Thai - it is excellent. Dinner isn't a huge spike either, the same Chicken Pad Thai will only set you back $8.95, which means there is actually money available for Thai Tea, which is also great here! I have a Thai friend who knows her Thai cuisine and she refuses to eat anywhere but Sawatdee. If you're looking for Thai hot they deliver that as well. Pro-tip: Pay in cash for lunch and they have a reward system where you can eventually earn free lunch on them :). They also have free Wi-Fi, which is awesome. There restaurant is not too big so don't big a large crowd if you're planning on dining in. Fun fact: Sawatdee means "Hello" in Thai.
