You might be surprised at this little joint in a strip mall in North Tampa. Mandy's Restaurant has very friendly staff, delicious Cuban cuisine and was an affordable lunch option. For under $10 you received a full plate like a dinner portion, cuban bread and a soft drink.
Pros: Authentic charm coupled with delicious food.
Cons: Dive restaurant appearance but well worth the stop.
