Delicious food. The sangria is definitively a must-try!
Spain Restaurant and Toma Bar is one of my favorite Spanish restaurants in Tampa Bay. The paella is like no other - the tapa-inspired menu encourages you to try new things on every visit. The interior of the restaurant is very unique for Tampa with white everywhere - then at night red lights turn all the white interior into a romantic escape. You will see plenty of couples and trendy diners eating here. They have live guitar players that are fantastic and their flamenco dancers are traditional and a step up from The Columbia. Make sure to try the calamari and the sangria, both are fantastic! Spain Restaurant is a perfect Downtown Tampa spot and a great place to celebrate with friends or someone you care about. If you're in Downtown Tampa for lunch they also have some good specials at this time and a more casual environment.
