Event Details
We are trying to avoid Multiple vendors of the same products. Once approved we will send you a link for a Food Vendor registration.
Englewood Bikefest will be the 3rd Saturday of November Annually! in conjunction with and cross marketed with the annaul 3 day Waterfest event.
All restaurants will be offering specials and there will be MANY, MANY vendors!
The Moose Lodge of Englewood will be offering specials to ALL that attend at the tiki bar!
There will be a Trolley running between dowtown Englewood (Dearborn St) and Event Site as well as two bussesrunning between the Waterfest at Englewood Beach and the parking lots as well as the Bikfefest. Vendors will have a private lot accross from Bikefest event area.
Pre Register and save $5. Pre Registration price is $75
Registration on day of event $80.
Arrive at least 1 hour prior to start of Bike Night | Set-up begins at 9am
1 Order= 1- 12x12 space. Need more room order multiple spaces.
Please have table, tent, chairs, etc. We will not be able to rent or provide any for this event.

HOLD HARMLESS RELEASE
Release. By the act of purchasing this ticket, and in consideration of the acceptance of my/our person/organization's application for entry in Englewood Bike Night, I/we hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for injury or damage, whether personal or to property, which I/we may have or which may hereafter occur to me/us against the Englewood Bike Night Events, The Englewood Moose Lodge 1933, The Moose Riders 1933 and/or the persons or entities organizing and acting in concert with them in connection with the Englewood Bike Night Event (Event Committee) as a result of my/our participation in said event.
Assumption of Risk. I/WE understand that accidents occasionally occur during festivals/events and that participants and spectators in such occasionally sustain personal injuries or property damage as a consequence thereof. Knowing the risks, nevertheless, I/we hereby agree to ass
