The extraordinary legacy of El Greco family began in 1989 when George Soublis moved to Sarasota and decided to follow his dream. Being far away from his home, inspired George to bring Greek hospitality to Sarasota and share his love for cooking with the locals.
For almost 25 years El Greco Cafe caters all the connoisseurs of Greek cuisine and beyond.
Today the foundation and family values are followed by Robert Marini, George's family friend and chef, who stays dedicated to greek traditions.
