Blu Kouzina was born out of the founders' love of sharing a hearty meal with friends, spiced with quality olive oil and accompanied with good wine. By marrying their passion for the food of their native Greece and the family's signature olive oil, Effie and Dennis Tsakiris started thier second venture on the sun kissed beaches of St. Armand's Key in Florida to take you on a culinary journey thru Greece.
