Bocca Lupo is Italian for Mouth of the Wolf. The Italians say, "In Bocca al Lupo" to express good luck; equivalent to the English expression "Break a Leg." All of our pizzas are cooked in an open mouthed, coal fired oven we call "The Wolf."
