Mindfulness Meditation Center is a Buddhist community offering everything from weekly foundational meditation and philosophy classes to weekend, month long and long term retreats. Our teachers are highly skilled and long term practitioners, many of which have completed years of solitary retreat in traditional settings in Thailand, Burma, India and Tibet. Our long term sustained membership allows us to offer our classes and retreats by generosity only.
