Their ratings are based on various factors, such as number of complaints against a company, complaint patterns, unanswered complaints, licensing requirements, and much more. In addition to reviewing IFTA’s company ratings or engaging in our mediation and arbitration services, consumers may write a review and praise a company based on their experience.
