Eat breakfast on our lanai as you gaze over the glistening waters of the Intracoastal Waterway. Later walk a few short steps to Crescent Beach where you will have private access to a beach with sands like no other. Crescent Beach boasts the finest, whitest quartz sand in the world. This two-bedroom unit has a queen size bed in the master, two twins in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa. Plus, we have two full baths. The condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home that include microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, washer and dryer, TV, DVD and all linens fully supplied. There is a heated, swimming pool for you to enjoy steps from this luxury condominium. Plus, you’ll also enjoy our tennis courts, basketball courts and a picnic area. You can fish right off one of the boat docks or out the back door into the bay. Restaurants and shopping are within easy walking distance or take a short drive to Siesta Key Village, a vibrant place where you will find everything from shopping to great places to eat.
