Our newest item, Gluten-Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix is a highly nutritious recipe that takes advantage of the high protein and fiber in chickpeas, and combines that with a traditional buttermilk taste. Global's Custom Recipe / Co-Packing Division strives to meet the needs of restaurant chains desirous of centralizing the production of their own proprietary recipes. Finding a manufacturer is not necessarily difficult. However, finding a local partner so transportation costs can drop, one who is flexible enough to tweak recipes and who doesn't require a large up-front payment or large minimum quantities . . . that's a bit more challenging.
