He has been working in the restaurant biz here in Faribault for nearly 20 years, starting as a busser and working his way up through pretty much every position/role there is. Most of you are used to seeing him behind the bar slinging beers and mixing some of the best cocktails around. He has developed cocktail programs, managed, and met some amazing people along the way. It's time for him to switch things up a bit and dive into his real obsession, FOOD. This guy eats, sleeps, and breathes food. He has an extensive collection of cookbooks, has maxed out our DVR with Food Network shows and our utensil drawers (yes- plural) are bursting at the seams with every gadget imaginable. Cooking is truly his passion and it is time someone else benefits from his amazing talents besides me!
