Beulah (Be-you-la), named after the owner's ancestors, is a truly special family-owned and operated epicurean destination for the modern day foodie right in the heart of Downtown Sarasota. Innovative classics are created with cross-culture cuisines and influences from Mediterranean cultures and The Americas. Ingredients are sourced whenever possible from regional farms, and also from as far as California, Chile and Italy. Their menu changes at least two to three times a year, but it is the daily specials where Flavio, Harva and their team tempt their guests with innovative creations using the season's freshest ingredients. Beulah's house specialties include veal entrees, pompano, halibut, salmon, and the grilled octopus is a perennial guest favorite. The diverse offerings also include wood-fired pizzas, fresh breads, and delicious desserts made in-house in their "scratch kitchen”.
