A locally owned, family-friendly fast casual bar-b-q joint serving Pulled Pork, Pulled and bone-in chicken, St. Louis Spare Ribs, Beef Brisket, Chilled Oak Smoke Fillet of Salmon, Texas Hot Link (all pork) Sausage, Brisket burnt ends in sauce and an entree-size chicken chopped salad and homemade side dishes (9 of them VEGETARIAN): smoked baked beans, cole slaw, edamame succotash, sweet potato mash, Brunswick stew, box potatoes, macaroni & cheese, collard greens, potato salad, sesame crunch slaw and sliced cucumbers.
