There is nothing that highlights the holiday season more than coming together. And on December 8th, four organizations are coming together to celebrate the holidays, the event industry and the end of 2020.
Event Details
Join SWEL - Suncoast Wedding & Event Leaders, Wedding Event Professional Alliance, Tampa Bay NACE, and MarryMeTampaBay for the crossover event that'll be the bees knees.
And ain't this year been a kick in the head? Step back into the most stylish time of the 1900s with a mid-century themed Christmas party. The Vocalitas - Vocal Trio will be performing holiday hits all night long. Can ya dig it?

The event is happening Tuesday, December 8th at The Sarasota Modern, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. Catering will be provided by Simply Gourmet Sarasota, Tsunami Sushi & Hibachi, Blue Water Catering and Lynn's Catering of Tampa. A Cash bar will be available from the hotel.
There will also be a Christmas cookie buffet filled with individually wrapped sweets. You'll be able to vote for your favorite dessert and the winning vendor will receive $100 and a free SWEL membership for 2021. Participating vendors include Cakes by Ron, ICED Small Batch Baking, Tampa Bay Cake Company and more announced soon.

COVID SAFETY: All vendors involved will be taking the proper precautions that are now becoming second nature. The majority of this event will take place outside by the pool, allowing for plenty of fresh air and space to social distance. We are requesting that masks be worn while you are moving about the event and when you are not actively eating or drinking. Sanitizer will, of course, be available. We will also have red, yellow and green wristbands so you can indicate your comfort level to your fellow guests.
