WHEN: SUNDAY, August 6th @9am-10am WHERE: Nathan Benderson Park COST: Free! Join us for a FREE one hour yoga class at Nathan Benderson Park hosted by The Yoga Shack Florida and Nathan Benderson Park! All levels are welcome!
Event Details
We will offer an all-levels yoga class (beginners to experienced practitioners), including basic yoga poses (downward dog, triangle pose, child's pose, warrior 1,2, & 3 and many more) that will give the practitioner the opportunity to increase flexibility and strength. Expect to stretch, move, and do breath work that helps improve mental focus, and physical strength.
