Jacob, Curtis, and Billy Brewster, owners and brothers, opened this gastropub with a vision "to offer downtown a little bit of everything." We spoke with Jacob and he said, "We strive to give top-notch customer service while giving the customer a safe and friendly atmosphere."

Brewster's offers daily specials for every day of the week, while also offering happy hour daily from 11am to 7pm. Happy hour includes $3 domestic drafts, well liquor, and house wines, as well as $1 off all draft beer. Their Sunday brunch from 11am to 3pm is no joke either with bottomless domestic drafts, bloody marys, and mimosas for $15.99. The Brewster brothers mentioned they will be launching a new menu soon which will offer more seafood & some healthier options as well.
Not able to sit and dine in? No problem. Brewster's also offers online ordering for pick up on their website every day from 11am to 8pm. Your order will be ready for pick-up behind the bar. It’s as easy as that!
