We will share the how and why of lacto-fermentation of chicken feed. In an (egg)shell, fermented chicken feed is probiotics for your chicken. It’s a wet mash created by lactic acid fermentation (the same type of fermentation that occurs naturally in sauerkraut).
It contains all the bacteria that’s good for the gut and yeasts. Everything you need will be provided. Each guest will go home with a 4 gallon bucket and a large sample of our recipe.
