“Connected to Nature,” A Jeweler’s Perspective by Donna Carrion

Surrounded by nature, Donna Carrion absorbs shapes, textures and colors and then visualizes, transforming them into wearable works of art. A silver flower blooms merely from her love and appreciation of the peace she receives during her time outdoors. Ms. Carrion’s desire is to evoke awareness of our innate relationship to the natural world, and her jewelry celebrates how we are connected to nature.

Ms. Carrion’s “Connected to Nature" exhibit opens on January 25 and runs through February 28, and the public is invited to the First Friday reception at the gallery on February 7 from 6-9 PM.
