Please join Nikki Kostyun and Angela Router of 5 Petal on Thursday October 18th to learn how to make (and get to taste) a variety of DAIRY-FREE CHEESE recipes including:
Roasted Garlic Alfredo
Goat Cheese Logs
Queso Three Ways
Sour Cream
Parmesan
If you are looking to make cultured / fermented / probiotic cheeses, stay tuned, that will be coming in November!
Each class has a maximum of ten participants, so get your set before they sell out!
Be sure to bring a notebook and your creativity and questions!
Bring earplugs if your ears are sensitive, we will be running a loud blender.
