Monthly Stand Up Paddle Board Y O G A + Shanti Pot Luck Picnic at Overlook Park, Longboat Key ~ Meet a few minutes prior to set up your boards, class begins promptly at 9:30 am.
Event Details
One hour yoga class is all levels, beginners welcome. Advanced options offered for seasoned yogis.
Following yoga, extend your salty experience for another hour on the board and meet everyone on shore for a pot luck picnic where we laugh, live and play together!
If you plan to keep the board for an additional hour, please register online to reserve it. Pot Luck snacks on the shore following class where you'll meet fellow salty buddhas!
Recommendations: Water shoes, Sun block, Water Bottles, Sun safe clothing, Sun hat.
