This specialized aerial yoga teacher training is designed for the aerial yoga teacher who is ready to combine traditional vinyasa flow postures and sequences. Aerial vinyasa training is the missing link that connects our traditional aerial yoga classes with the elements that we love from vinyasa flow. This training will cover several original aerial vinyasa yoga sequences and will teach you how to sequence your own in an intelligent and creative way. Learn how to utilize the hammock as a prop in traditional vinyasa flow class.
