This interactive workshop is designed to assist healthcare leaders hone their skills dealing with difficult people. Participants will leave this workshop with ideas, strategies and tools they can immediately implement for greater leadership effectiveness.
Bill Auxier, Ph.D., President and CEO of Dynamic Leadership Academy and Elise Auxier, President of Gulfcoast Coaching will lead the participants in identifying and categorizing a "Difficult Person", share the secret to dealing with difficult people, and explore the three lenses which we use to see the world. Strategies and tips to deal with difficult people will be also be explored.
