Taste your way through five palate-pleasing courses carefully coupled with wines from Forks & Corks Best Of Show Red Winner ROMBAUER VINEYARDS! Winemaker Luke Clayton will share his harvest stories and passion for viticulture and winemaking. You'll also have an opportunity to hear from chef Greg Campbell and his thoughts on preparing bold and flavorful dishes that compliment a great glass of wine.
Introductions and hors-d'oeuvres begin at 6:30 p.m. with the first entrée arriving shortly thereafter. Plus! All guests are entered to win a pair of tickets to the Forks & Corks sold-out Grand Tasting event happening Sunday, January 27th! The winner is announced at the conclusion of the dinner. You must be present to win.
