Manatee County Falls Prevention Coalition’s “Fall Into Healthy Holidays” Health & Wellness Event will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 from 10am to 2pm. The event is near Blake Medical Center and is FREE to the general public.

The event will be located in the Blake Park business complex parking lot at 1800 59th St W, Bradenton, FL 34209 (next door to Blake Medical Center). This event is FREE to the public.
