Spring Pottery Art Sale !!POSTPONED!!
Dates: Thursday, March 19: 5-7pm; Friday, March 20 and Saturday, March 21: 10am to 4pm
Location: ArtCenter Manatee, 209 9th Street West, Bradenton, Fl 34205
Pottery in varied rich colors, shapes and sizes will be available for sale by local artists
They are perfect for a “one of a kind” gift, for your home, office, a special occasion or wedding
at varying price points.
Many different techniques have been used by these potters to create exciting visual and
tactile designs:
- Hand-crafted, unique wheel thrown and hand-built figures and pots
- High fired glazes yielding vibrant colors
- Ancient raku approach utilizing fire and smoke
- Native American technique using horse hair and feathers
- Saggar firing creating serendipitous colored surface patterns
* RAFFLE* a chance to WIN one of 3 superb pieces of pottery from special local artists!!
* SILENT AUCTION * bid on a unique carved porcelain luminary by award winning
master potter Ki-woon Huh valued at $500
* You don’t have to be present to win*
This show is Free and open to the public, with ample free parking
You'll also be giving back to your community, as a portion of the sales goes
to ArtCenter Manatee, which is a non-profit organization.
