Event Details
A car speeding by. A bird in flight. Fireworks. A fastball. A waterfall. Shutter speed can freeze action, or create motion blur, depending on the setting that is used. In this class, we will begin with a classroom presentation which will explain how shutter speed (or time value) can be used effectively. Following the presentation, students will have an opportunity to test their new skill in the studio.
Students should bring an interchangeable lens camera - either a D-SLR or mirrorless. Please be sure to fully charge your camera's battery. Bring a memory card you don't mind formatting and a way to take notes.
