Temple Beth El Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch announces a new series of cooking classes for children ages 7 - 12. The 5 bi-weekly Sunday afternoon series beginning on February 17 will be led by Rabbi Michael Sternfield, who is a gourmet cook and often prepares themed meals for the Temple’s membership.
Students will be able to eat what they make in a fun learning atmosphere. Holiday cooking will be emphasized especially as we approach the holidays of Purim and Passover. The first class will be Sunday, February 17 from 3 - 4:30 pm.
Classes will be held in Temple Beth El’s ample kitchen at 5150 Peridia Blvd. E, Bradenton FL 34203. All materials will be provided and will cost $5 per class or all 5 classes for $20.
