Well it has finally arrived! Our first district wide event for employees and their family and friends!
Event Details
Not only do we hope this is taken as an opportunity for employees to socialize with other employees from different stores, but to say thank you for all of your continuous hard work and dedication shown by each and every single one of you!
In order to better serve our employees and their guests, we ask you please use this platform to submit your partcipation as well as the number of guests that will also be joining us that day. Please find that the below submission options vary as follows:
Employee
Family and Friends 18+
Family and Friends 13-17
Family and Friends ages 12 and under
Please select accordingly for this will help us better select activities/games for ALL age groups.
We appreciate your cooperation with this because as we all know this is our FIRST district wide event and we want to ensure as much family friendly fun as possible! Feel free to use this Event page as a way to suggest activities and more importantly to let us know if you would be interested in being a part of the set up/clean-up crews, be the facilitatior of any activities/games we are having that day, and if you unfortunately have to retract your previously made RSVP.
We will be asking all set-up/clean-up volunteers to arrive atleast an hour and a half - two hours early
Also, please keep your co-workers in mind who do not have internet access and/or are not very tech savvy and assist them with their RSVP. I know that not only will they be appreciative, but as we plan this event it would also help us tremendously.
Again, we would all just like to say thank you for helping us insure accurate head counts and manage communication for the event by using this platform. We really hope you enjoy what we have planned for all of you and can not wait to see you all there!
****We also ask that if you or any of your guests have any type of severe food allergy that would prevent us from serving a specific item or if you or one of your guests require additional special accomodations that you please contact one of the listed managers as soon as you submit your RSVP or inform your store manager so theoy can let them know.****
