The RealRyder® provides a workout for your entire body using Core Balance technology in a unique, articulating frame that enables the user to ride fluidly in three dimensions. The RealRyder leans and banks similar to the way a road bike does.

Whether you are a seasoned cyclist, triathlete or just enjoy the fun energetic workout of a spin class, the ON1 Cycle method combines the components of technical coaching with a full body workout, all set to inspiring music. Classes are geared for all levels and it is easy to work at your own pace.
