Below is the volunteer schedule we need to fill for our 2nd Annual State of Jobs Conference, being held on Thursday, Feb 26 at SCTI. M O R N I N G . S E S S I O N

Over 420 High School Students will be attending from area high schools.
EXHIBITOR SETUP: 6AM – 8AM
3 volunteers are needed to help guide event sponsors and vendors to their booth areas before the event starts

MORNING CHECK-IN TABLE: 8AM – 8:30AM
3 volunteers are needed to check-in 420 high school students

INDUSTRY TRACK GUIDES: 9AM – 1:30PM
We need 2 volunteers per track. Volunteers will simply escort students from the main conference center to the track classrooms and stay with the students for the following schedule. We will assign tracks once volunteers have signed up.
9:00am: First Classroom
10:00am: Second Classroom
11:00am: Lunch
12:00pm: Final Classroom
1:30pm: Students Leave
