One might think a place that melds the ideas of an Irish pub and Martini bar together might be the stuff of fantasy, but don’t be fooled.  O’bricks Irish Pub & Martini Bar in Bradenton is working to change our minds and please our palates with a unique assortment of creative Irish eats, drinks from the bar, and more.

O’bricks touts itself as equal parts Manhattan style martini bar and Irish pub all the more enhanced by a vibrant assortment of creative salads; fresh, local, and exotic seafood; world class steaks; beers from around the globe; a rich variety of wines; and a completely new, smoke-free interior.

Menu highlights at O’bricks Irish Pub & Martini Bar include a Key West Shrimp appetizer grilled with herbed maple glaze or tempura fried; Lobster BLT with applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, and beefsteak tomato, lush chunks of lobster, chopped herbs, and a touch of mayo served on grilled sweet bread; and classic Fish n’ Chips served with the catch of the day tempura fried served with french fries.

Martinis at O’bricks are second to none.  Stop by for creative selections including their version of the Cosmopolitan called the Palmettopolitan served with Grand Marnier, Peach Schnapps and pineapple; a Sour Appletini with Three Olives Citrus, Apple Pucker and a splash of sweet and sour; and a Lemon Drop with Three Olives Citrus and sour shaken, served with a sugared rim.
