Charlotte County Ford gets the job done. I had my brakes done on the 2003 Toyota truck that I bought from them. Apparently it was a late build, so when they ordered brakes for the 2003 vehicle, they didn’t fit. But they quickly ordered 2004 brakes and that took care of it. Have had the vehicle 5 years, put 60K miles on it … no trouble of any type.

We recently acquired property in Charlotte County and drove down to Florida in our Ford Explorer to take care of some personal matters. While down here, I encountered a relatively severe problem with my Explorer and was referred to your dealership by one of the managers at Gasparilla Marina. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Ms. Jill Turbiville for the professional way in which she handled our situation. Communication with her was excellent throughout the entire service process, and her expeditious handling of our situation was (and is) very much appreciated in that (as I explained to her) we have a 93-year old mother-in-law in a nursing home back in Detroit that we needed to attend to. (As it turned out, I had to put my wife on a plane back to Detroit earlier this week as her mother was unexpectedly taken to the hospital.) This is my first experience with your dealership, and as a retired Ford Executive, I can only say that I wish all Ford dealership experiences were as professionally-handled as this one. My compliments to Jill and the rest of your service staff. I will be taking a delivery of a 2011 ford GT convertible as soon as I return to Detroit. Who knows, you may see it down here after the first of the year. Rest assured, if I need service of any kind, your dealership will be my first choice.
