Join us for a weekly group that meets to practice guided meditation in a warm and supportive environment. In guided meditation, I provide guidance and suggestions to to help participants reach a relaxed and meditative state. Once that state is reached, imagery is used to help participants to conn......ect with their own intuitive mind, leading to greater awareness physically, emotionally, and spiritually in order to achieve integration. Time for discussion, questions, and sharing will be provided both before and after the meditation. Please dress comfortably. Yoga mats and cushions are provided. A $10 donation is suggested.
